When we went north Dixon Entrance, one of the two crossing exposed to the ocean, was calm like a lake. But this time we got to sail. With winds from the southwest we had to beat into it most of the time. We split the 90 mile distance in two parts, anchoring in Foggy Bay (on the US side) before crossing Dixon Entrance and clearing customs in Prince Rupert, BC.
